What’s the cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds for bookings, alterations to bookings are as follows:

  • We normally require 48hrs notice to amend a booking, however this rule has been temporarily lifted whilst additional covid 19 lockdown rules are constantly changing, therefore you can make changes right up to the time/date of your booking until further notice. 
  • You can reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booked slot. 
  • In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking as a result of events outside of our control, we will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking at another available time slot agreed with you.

How do I reschedule?

If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Can I book multiple tables as my group size is more than 6

Due to the government guidelines regarding social distancing, we are currently only allowing bookings of groups for up to 6 people from 1 household or support bubble . However, each booking of up to 6, will be expected to comply with the current social distancing measures, and maintain the required distance from other groups throughout the venue.

Can you place my table next to another that’s booked for same time?

Can’t guarantee that they will be close to each other, and if they are you will be expected to comply with the current social distancing measures, and maintain the required distance from other groups throughout the venue.

Can I add more people to my booking?

Yes – only up to max for the table, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Can I reduce the number of people on my booking?

yes – to the min covers for the table, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Where is the best area to book?

Within each venue, we have a range of different areas to book for all weathers:

Birdies Liverpool

Seated Table – Sheltered/Heated area within Birdies Bar – up to 6 guests

High Table – Sheltered/Heated area within Birdies Bar – up to 3 guests

Cabins – Outdoor Area within Birdies garden with a retractable roof and heating when you require it – up to 6 guests

Large Cabins – Sheltered/heated area within Birdies Garden, and TVs – great for watching the game – up to 6 guests

Birdies Birmingham

Seated  Booth Table – Sheltered/Heated area within Birdies Bar – up to 6 guests

High Table – Sheltered/Heated area within Birdies Bar – up to 2 guests

Outdoor Area – Outdoor seated area with roof covering but no heating – up to 4 guests

Can I smoke?

There are designated smoking areas around the venue but smoking isn’t allowed at the tables

What time is food served until and from where?

Food is available – 12pm – 10pm daily

Food is available in all areas of the venue and ordered through our staff or through the app. Food is ordered through ourselves as an agent, but provided by Apocalypse Cow.

Do we allow Children?

Children welcome Monday to Friday until 5pm, Saturday to Sunday until 3pm and must be supervised. Exception is special family events such as Halloween, Christmas etc.

Do we allow dogs?

Yes, we are a dog friendly venue, Dogs are allowed in venue up to 5pm weekdays 3pm weekends kept on a short lead at all times. Guide dogs have no restrictions.

I am running late, what should I do?

Please contact the venue via Facebook or Instagram, however there are no guarantees that you will receive a response if the venues are busy. If you are more than 20minutes late your table maybe released.
