To make a reschedule to your booking for whatever reason, please follow the link above or the one in your confirmation email, you will need the name of the booker, the booking reference number and email or telephone number used at the time of booking.
Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the one your originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.
If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of your booking, and decide not to attend, you wont be able to amend your booking and we cant guarantee a reschedule.
In rare circumstances, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking as a result or event outside of our control, we will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.
We are really sad to announce due to the latest Government announcement we will be closed across all sites, though hopefully not for long!
If you have a booking with us while we are closed you will have received an email with instructions on how to reschedule.
