To make a reschedule to your booking for whatever reason, please follow the link above or the one in your confirmation email, you will need the name of the booker, the booking reference number and email or telephone number used at the time of booking.
Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the one your originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.
If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of your booking, and decide not to attend, you wont be able to amend your booking and we cant guarantee a reschedule.
In rare circumstances, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking as a result or event outside of our control, we will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.
Following the government announcement on 22nd Feb, we are pleased to announce our Birdies Garden in Liverpool and Birmingham will be re-opening on Monday 12th April. We are busily creating plans with our on-site teams to bring you the best re-opening events, cocktails and live music in the cities.
Please keep a lookout on our social platforms as we will be opening our booking platform from Monday 8th March!
